Mineralization
The Maureen vein appears to be depleted of gold-silver at surface with grade increasing with depth to the known historic workings; also, observed characteristics include pervasive alteration, lots of fracturing, and open textured rock with evidence of silicification replacement and little to no sulphides; Orientation of vein structure: highly variable dipping NE 45 degrees to vertical; Trend: N-NW;

The La Escondida vein structure was exposed by a single adit that has been caved in and dangerous; the Qualified Person, Ron Parent, could not access the adit to sample and therefore could not verify the grade.

Local Geology
The Maureen Property comprise three north-northwest trending vein structures spaced approximately 600 meters to 1.2 kilometers apart and one NE vein structure located in the centre of the property. The vein structures are low sulphidation, meaning the fluids that form the gold-silver rich vein have a longer period of interaction where protracted boiling takes place resulting in high grade gold and silver deposits over average vertical intervals of 300 meters to 600 meters. Within this vertical dimension, gold grades can be very high and result in large amounts of easy to mine gold in a narrow compact area. In addition, with these deposits, there exists the potential that grade may improve with depth.

The continuity of the vein structure and understanding how the grades are affected with depth will be the first priority for the Company as little information is known at this point in time. Preliminary data for the two main vein structures on the Property has been collected to date. Both vein structures are adjacent to and along trend with mapped fault structures indicating favorable zones for mineralization.
