Vendor
The owner of the concession is Sr. Vincente Arreguin Vega. Norma Mines has a contract for these concessions with Mr Arreguin. We have until January 09 to explore the area, to that date no payment is made. The end of January a payment of $1m is required if project continues, and a yearly payment of $1m in January of 2010 and 2011 to complete the buyout of the property.
Surface Rights
The surface belongs to both Mr Arreguin and the community, we have had meetings with both the community and the mayor of the municipality, all these approaches have been cordial and we see no problems in the future. The community has given us access to water for the exploration process.
