Arni Johannson – Chairman & CEO, Director

Mr. Johannson has spent over 20 years in Canadian capital markets focused on building assets and senior management positions in companies he is personally invested in, while executing a defined business plan. Mr Johannson has founded Canadian Nexus Ventures, Galena Capital Corp., Titan Uranium Inc., and co-founded The Fortress Capital Markets Group. Mr. Johannson maintains director positions with Mega Uranium Ltd (TSX.V:MGA)

Stu Blattner, B.Sc – Director

Mr. Blattner is the President of Stu Blattner Inc. a raise borrowing company with operations in Peru, Australia, Chile and the United States. Mr. Blattner has over 20 years experience in technical drilling and mining including heading up and engineering ore body holes in Molycorp mines in New Mexico. Mr. Blattner has a Mechanical Engineering degree and is a professor in Hydraulics.

Jeff Scott, MBA – Director

Mr. Scott is the President of Postell Energy Inc. a private oil and gas producer with approximately 150 producing wells in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Scott has extensive M&A and public company experience. Presently he is the President of Suroco Energy Inc. (OTCBB:GTRE) Chairman of Grand Tierra (TSX.V:GTE) a director of Essential Energy Services Trust (TSX:ESN:UN), and a director of Saxon Energy Services Inc. (TSX:SES)

Tracy Moore, B.Comm, – CFO

Mr. Moore is the President of MCSI Consulting, advisors on corporate finance, business planning issues, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Tracy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and worked for several international accounting firms in restructuring and consulting positions before founding MCSI in 1990. He serves on boards of directors and, and is currently a director of Alberta Star Development Corp. (TSXV:ASX), is a director and CFO of New Legend Group Limited (TSXV:NLA.P), and serves as an officer and/or director of a number of private companies.

John Seaman, B.sc (Math), B.Ed – Director

Mr. Seaman has served as Chief Financial Officer of Pediment Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:PEZ), a mining exploration company since April 2007, and is the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Premier Goldmines Ltd. (TSX:MGL. He is also the controller for Apex Investigation and Security Inc. (private security firm). From October 1, 2002 to May 11, 2007 Mr. Seaman served as Chief Financial Officer and director of Wolfden Resources Inc. a mineral exploration and Development Company. Mr. Seaman sits on the Board of Directors of MBMI Resources Inc. (TSXV:MBR), Valor Resources, and Skybridge Development Corp. (TSXV:SBD.P)

Brenda Dayton, B.A. – Corporate Secretary

Brenda has a diverse background of business management, financial sales and marketing. Over the past 3 years, her focus has been on corporate governance and marketing for public companies. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary. Brenda has been involved in a number of community service organizations including the Kiwanis Club of Vancouver and has sat on the board of Parent Support Services and the Brain Injury Association of British Columbia.
