Danson G Tolman - Vice President Exploration

Mr. Tolman is a Mining Engineer who received his education from the Universidad de Guanajuato, Mexico. Mr Tolman has worked as a Project Consultant for several start up operations and was involved in high level negotiations for Goldcorp. He serves as the Director of Norma Mines, Canada and President of Norma Mines, S. A. DE C.V. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has done extensive traveling throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Luc Rioux (BSc., P. Geo.) - QP, Geologist

Mr. Rioux is a professional geologist. He graduated in 1983 with B. Sc. in Geology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Between 1983 and 2005, he worked for varied junior exploration companies in northwestern Québec (Val d’Or, James Bay and Rouyn-Noranda mining camps), in Nevada, Chile and Costa Rica. Since 2005 he worked as an independent consultant for VG Gold Corp. (formerly Vedron Gold Inc.) in the Timmins-Porcupine and Red Lake camps, Ontario. He has now joined the Galena Capital Corp. team, as a Qualified Person as per NI 43-101, Mr. Rioux plans and supervises exploration programs on Galena’s Mexican properties and serves as the Company’s Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101.

Leopoldo Diaz - Regional Geologist, Sonora Projects

Leopoldo graduated as a geologist from the University of Chihuahua’s Engineering School in 1986. Since then he has finished a Masters in Geology at the University of Sonora in Hermosillo. He has attended many seminars and short courses over these last 20 years. He has experience as a mine geologist, and an exploration geologist for numerous Sonora region companies. He has also participated as a university teacher in the Geology department in Hermosillo.

Alfonso Rodriguez - Geologist

Alfonso studied geology at the IPN (InstitutoPolitecnico Nacional) in Mexico City. He is completing his graduate work while with Norma Mines. He is completing his graduate work while with Norma Mines. He has worked as a surface mapper for SGM, a logging engineer, a university professor at the Petroleum Engineering Academy in Tehuantepec. Alfonso has experience with PEMEX Exploration and is currently assigned to the Maria Project in Queretaro.

Francisco Sanchez - Geologist

Mr. Sanchez is a 1999 graduate of the University of Baja California in La Paz, BCS. He has worked with CFE (the national power company) and SGM (the geological survey service) among other projects. He is overseeing the Maureen Project core logging and Geochem work plan.

Manuel Olivarria - Regional Geologist, Senora Projects

Mr. Olivarria is a 1994 engineering graduate of the CECUES School in Hermosillo, Sonora. His experience has been with Minera Glamis as a geologist, Placer Dome as a consultant and Project Geologist, and Alamos Gold also as a Project Geologist. Manuel is contributing to our projects in Sonora.

Roberto Gonzalez - Lead Geologist, Maria Project

Mr. Gonzalez is a geologist with a degree from the University of Chihuahua in Mexico. He has 20 years of experience in both private companies and government positions such as CFE, GAN Group, Minas de Bacis. His experience has been in exploration, resource estimation and diamond drilling. He also has several years experience with the Federal Water Commission in northern Mexico.

Noe Navarro - Geologist

Mr. Navarro is a Geoscience Engineer with a degree from the CECUES School in Hermosillo, Sonora. He has worked for Minera Geomaque, IMMSA in Santa Barbara Chihuahua, Minas de Oro Nacional (Mulatos Mine). He has had experience in both geology and mining. Noe is overseeing the drilling program in Sonora.
