Pat DiCapo

Mr. DiCapo is a founder and Managing Director of Power One Capital Markets Limited. Mr. DiCapo is responsible for managing the Firm and structuring corporate finance transactions. Mr. DiCapo has been involved in numerous transactions for both private and public companies. Mr. DiCapo is a director of the Limited Market Dealers Association (LMDA). He practiced previously Smith Lyons LLP (now Gowlings LLP) in Toronto and with Goodwin, Procter LLP in Boston, MA. Mr. DiCapo is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a member of the Ontario Bar Association.

Alfredo Parra Davila

Dr. Parra has an extensive background in mining exploration and operations. He was employed by CIA Minera Penoles from 1973-1978 in roles ranging from Mine Production Superintendent to General Manager. After obtaining his MSc. and PhD in Mineral Economics in 1982 from the Colorado School of Mines, he returned for a brief period as General Manager for CIA Minera Penoles before taking on the position as Vice President of Kennecott where he stayed until 1985. For the past 12 years Dr. Parra has run his own exploration and development company where, for the past three years, he has concentrated on developing Rochester Resources (RCT) Mina Real property to its current state. Dr Parra is a QP Member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America.

Colin Bowkett

Mr. Bowkett is a partner of Canadian Nexus Ventures, where his responsibilities include project development and client management. Mr. Bowkett's background encompasses more than 18 years in Business Development and Strategic Alliances, including 7 years with Business Objects ($4.5B Market Cap BOBJ:NASDQ) and Sophos ($167m Rev / private company). Mr. Bowkett was the co-founder and General Manager of an international ship brokerage firm, which he successfully ran for 10 years. Mr. Bowkett has been involved in and assisted in numerous international mining and technology related transactions in both the private and public sector.
